In the 1960’s when living in northern Indiana I used to buy a type of pizza that I have not been able to find in Canada. I think it was crust, tomato sauce, finely ground sausage, then sealed with a layer of cheese. Does this have a name and how can I find one in Canada? I have never seen a pizza with finely ground sausage in Canada.
