first of all…thanx for this site…i love it…

I was just wondering if you know anything about the pizza pressers…the machines where you just put you round chump of dough and it flattens it out all nice and good…are they any good?..and if so…any brand you can recommend?

we use a dough pro - it works great and is easy to train new people on. Great consistency in the results. We love ours.

Doughpro does make a great product, I have the dp2000 and love it. I am not sure if I will use it in my next store or hand toss though. Somerset makes them as well but I have never seen or used one so I can’t really comment on them.
