HI TOM MY NAME IS BRIAN. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME, I BOUGHT A PIZZERIA WITH NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE. MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN I MAKE PIZZAS AHEAD OF TIME BECAUSE I GET SO BUSY ON THURS AND FRIDAY NIGHTS WITHOUT THE DOUGH RISING BECAUSE MY PIZZA IS SUPPOSED TO BE THIN. ALSO I TRIED TO PUT THEM IN MY WALK IN COOLER AND WHEN I PUT THEM IN THE OVEN AFTER THAT THE BOTTOM DOESNT COOK THAT WELL, OR THE DOUGH RISES IF I TRY TO LET THEM THAW OUT A LITTLE SHOULD I PUT THE DOUGH IN THOSE RINGS SO ITS SOFT AND READY TO SPREAD. PLEASE HELP SINCERELEY BRIAN EDWARDS
