Why doesn’t your company put out a white pizza? Our family loves white pizza with pepperoni - no sauce. It is flavored with a little garlic, salt & pepper, a little oregano, cheese and pepperoni on top. When I was a kid, my Italian mother made pizza with no cheese at all, just olive oil, pepper and anchovies. That’s an ultimate favorite, but I can understand why you couldn’t produce that (anchovies). But believe me, there is a market out there for white pizza, especially with pepperoni.
