I am considering purchasing a pizza restaurant. What issues should I consider or look for that would indicate a good or bad purchase?

Don’t purchase a store if the seller won’t provide you with tax returns. Don’t pay more than your multiplier based on sales that are not shown on the returns. If the seller states his income as 100K not only verify each and every penny, but make sure that the taxman will not be coming after you for part of the sellers debt.
