Adding Beer and wine to mainly a delco

i have 2 busy delco stores that both do have dine in but we have not focused much on dine in’s at all.

They both seat about 45 people and we are adding Tv’s and thinking about adding beer and wine for sports etc. to try and get more sales from the dining room.

Do you think its worth it to add this with the risk of delivery drivers being around booze?
Also who makes an affordable draft beer tracking system>?

Drivers & beer s/b no problem with management/control…

For those inclined, security cameras are a worthwhile consideration too…while the cats away…

added it for a month now so far so good! no driver issues and we do a very nice inventory daily. when we get a draft system that will be a little harder to monitor but I have great cameras!
