We have a gourmet wood fired pizzeria that does a lot of beer and wine. We are currently moving locations to a much better, late night area and are looking to add a full liquor liscense.
Has anyone seen any statistics as to what serving full liquor would add to sales vs. just sticking to beer and wine?
