We were planning on it, had a room at the Hyatt and all…but had to sadly cancel yesterday. I loved NAPICS when we went, and would encourage anyone, no matter what stage of their experience they’re in to go and bug Jeff and Tom for the weekend. They have a fantastic kitchen set up and I don’t think you can “buy” that amount of knowledge anywhere else. Do it.
