Sorry 2 say…many years ago I had a very bad experience with them…luved the product/concept, but…
The actual print job/sample(s) was/were sub-standard…tho I do all my own graphics & have a fair amount of print experience, the said it was my fault - poor design/trapping…don’t think so, as I’ve used the same art for another job…
Then there was the issue of the mail drop…I swear it never took place…there was a free offer - no purchase required & zippo, nadda were claimed…
Spoke with them & they swore it was dropped & blamed the Post Office…
Ended up refuting the credit card purchase & never heard back from them, until just recently (4 yrs later) in a spam email…
