Anybody have any success doing baked pastas in a conveyor oven. If so, what is the general procedure used. I would like to add pasta to my menu but not sure how to do so since all i got is a conveyor.
My thought is that I could get a hot plate for boiling water and pre cooking the pasta then assemble in a aluminum pan with sauce cheese etc and run through the oven. Will this work?
