Greetings,

I want to install external temp gauges on both decks.

I am looking for 0-1000 degree dial thermometer gauges, NOT digital ones, with long capillary sensors that can be run inside the deck…similar to pic below…


Can anyone recommend compatible kits?

You would be better to get a grill thermometer. that you can move around the deck. All segments of the deck will not be at the same temperature when in use . A grill thermometer is shaped like a hockey puck and reads the temperature of the deck directly below it.
If the type thermometer you suggest were practical deck oven manufacturers would offer them as an option.

I have a laser gun for deck temps.

I want to see air temp and fluctuation ranges on the fly.
