OK for those of you who are now using or have used the Y602 Bakers Pride. Im transitioning over from a D125 which has a 12" height cavity to the Y602 which has an 8" cavity, any tips or tricks I need to know. Been a great oven for the last 16+ yrs just needed to upgrade to a bigger oven
