This would be a perfect opportunity to “Bad Mouth” the competition BUT I don’t “roll” like that.
Some questions/answers that I would want to know:
Is the company I’m using the company who handles my money? From Authorization to Settlement?
Are the people I call at Customer Service employees of the company?
Can I get things resolved in a timely manner?
I can say with 100% assuredness that at RBS Lynk we are all of the above and more.
