Not sure if a cut of anything will get passed on to consumers…Too many other costs keep going up…But however it works out, merchants will be a little better off…

Maybe im jaded already, but i expect them to just shift the profits they will be losing to another fee.

Interesting that they speculate about whether consumers will save money. That is simply absurd. What? I am going to drop the price of pizza by 15 cents? Not likely!
