we currently have a 2000 sq ft fast casual pizzeria that is successful and are looking to expand into the adjacent space with a possible wine and beer bar, gaming machines and a private room for parties. We are looking for suggestions on what type of menu to offer. We don’t have rhe capacity to do pizza from our current operation. We would like to offer a limited different pizza menu, salads, panini sandwiches and wings, nachos. Wasn’t sure about adding another wood fired oven but maybe a stone conveyor that can cook everything. The space is only 1500 sq ft but would open to a patio and boardwalk seating. Suggestions or comments welcome
