Blodgett 3270's

I have an opportunity to buy a triple Stack Blodgett 2370’s for only $5000. They are from a Little Caesar’s and were putting out 700 pizza a night. The problem with them is that they are huge; I would have to do a little remodeling to get them in. Also, they are from 1998-1991,is this too old? I really want higher capacity ovens, but I don’t know if these would be too big and if they are just to old.

Why would you consider buying something someone else has discarded in favor of something better?

The technoligy of those ovens is 20 years or more old.

The operating cost of those unit will be thousands more per year than the ovens Caesar,s replaced them with and the product produced not up to the standards of modern equipment.
