Looking for info for old oven made by Bolling, Im guessing it was made in the 30’s or 40’s, need info for care and maintanance on old hearth oven

I Will contact him but the ovens he repairs are of a new type. Im looking for some one that has knowlege of a old bakery hearth oven. the oven is 24’ by 24’ the building was build around the oven that is how big it is. the paddles used are 20’ long.

Call the cobblestone oven company.
They rebuild that style of ovens and sell parts.
