anyone know of a good sub bread supplier? im looking for a bread that is soft and fluffy anything helps…trying to get a little sample of something together before i go to the bank for a loan
Well…I’ve got a number of suppliers in my reference, but they’re all located from Ohio, eastward, so the shipping charges would probably be excessive. Revert to back-up plan; Contact Dave Smart at Athens Bakery, Fresno, California at Tel: 559-269-9446 or E-mail him at [email protected] and ask him if he can provide you with some hoagie buns that they are currently producing so you can make the determination as th whether they are what you are looking for. Another option is to contact a local baker and buy directly from them. A lot of stores are doing this and it works quite well.
