I am trying to pick up a school order for the up coming year. The administrator requested I provide brownies as a dessert item for the children.
Does anyone have a simple, easy and cost effective recipe, which can be made with a 60 qt mixer and a set of lincoln 1450’s? I will need about 60 to 80 each week. I would like to serve a 2 oz size for about .10 to .20 each.

ask your distributor for a mix (Gold Medal &/Pillsbury)…just add 3# of mix, 8 oz. oil & 1/4 C. H2O…mix & pour into a well oiled 1/2 sheet pan…runs thru the conveyor…cool & slice…

Sift flour into a bowl. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking

Add flour slowly, blending. Batter will be slightly thick.
