Burke pepperoni?

Anyone here use Burke pepperoni? I recently switched suppliers and the sales guy told me it was better than the Hormel that I’m currently using. Since Burke is now owned by Hormel, I’m wondering if there’ll be any real difference at all. I ordered a case from them and am looking forward to trying it, but would like to hear any others’ experiences with it.

A few years back I was hip on improving my pizza. Not that it was bad at all…in fact people loved it…well…even though I bought some higher priced products…the customers revolted…

I now…do not look to change my product…only try to make it more consistent…spend your time figuring out ways to increase yor sales through marketing etc…

messing with you product is dangerous…
