We are actively seeking a qualified pizzeria manager for an established pizzeria in Pittsburgh, PA. Please review the following details and reply if you believe you are qualified to fill our needs.
Pizzeria Manager:
• MUST HAVE ACTIVE PIZZERIA EXPERIENCE!
• Candidate must be Health Board Certified so that he/she will be able to monitor, and manage the guidelines set-forth by Allegheny County.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Dedicated to quality-control; product consistency; and food-cost management.
• Ability to multi-task. You will have several things going on at one time and you need to be able to respond through priorities, and on-the-fly.
• Motivated to exceed business objectives; initiate marketing initiatives; and be a forward-thinker.
• Literate of cash-controls; reconciliation; and theft prevention.
• Inventory management coupled with cost-control. It is your job to ensure that food-costs are in line with industry standards through inventory management a product profitability.
• Management of nearly all aspects of labor management, to include; maintaining industry-standard labor-costs; following State procedures; and weekly scheduling.
• Creativity when it comes to continued menu development.
Required Qualifications:
• MUST HAVE CURRENT PIZZERIA MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITHING A MEDIUM – HIGH VOLUME PIZZERIA.
• Must own your own vehicle, and not rely on public transportation as your mode of transportation to, and from, work.
• Computer literacy, and experienced with pizzeria Point-of Sale (POS).
• Must possess a customer-likable appearance and personality.
• Must be able to work day, nights and weekends, with an annual weekly schedule of 40+ hours.
