I visited a casual burger chain and noticed they were using metal disks/trays with a nice red/white checkered food grade paper to serve all their dishes in house and thought to myself this was genius. Considering makeing this change for our casual dining pizzeria for all our dishes except pasta, salads, and baked items. We currently use them for our pizzas, but it would save me money and time and wondered if anybody else tried this?
