Honestly i do not know why any business would upgrade anything to the current OS, regardless of use. I still use half XP machines and half 7 machines (and i will never install 8 or 8.1 in a business enviroment).

When i worked for a fortune 100 company in IT when 8 came out, we finally started upgrading to 7 because all the driver issues had been resolved.
