Cheese Prices

We are paying 2.55 here for low fat, part skim mozzerella in South Florida from Sysco… is this reasonable or should we be pushing back? Please advise…

Our price quote from Sysco dated July 2 for Arezzio LMPS was $2.26. That was for blocks, not shred or diced. Sounds to me like there might be some room to push. Have you tried shopping the competition?
