cheese shredding

I want to buy a new blade to shredd cheese with, any suggestions on the size blade? They have 5 sizes to choose from 5/64 3/32 3/16
1/4 and 1/2
 
I use 3/32 for angle hair cheese. I get a better coverage with this size shred.

I use a 3/16" size and push the cheese block pretty hard through the blade to try to create a thicker cut. I’ve found that thicker cuts work better because they don’t stick together as much as the thinner stuff. - J_r0kk
