Cheese Smugglers...

wow smuggling cheese who would have thought. I guess if there is a will there is a way. we also never thought people would steal our grease back in the day but they sure did.

Once we had a guy come in and try to sell us a big load of cheese because he bought it at Costco (or so he said) and tried to get it across the Canadian border (we are 30 miles from the border) and couldn’t so he turned around and tried to dump it off on us.

As a firm policy, I would never buy in a situation like this, exactly because of the possibilities this opens us up to liability… health, customs or whatever.

yeah . . . US health code provides that ONLY approved vendors be used. So . . . there’s that added liability in US shops as well should someone get ill or somthin.
