There are lots of options; some are efficientand some are not as efficient.
  1. Food processor with shredding disc
  2. Box Grater
  3. “Barrel Grater” with shredding barrel (hand cranked)
  4. Grinding/shredding machine.
That last one is a machine in the parket that is table top, and has a chute attached for sending chunks of cheese to their stringy reward. I don’t have a model, manufacturer or machine name off hand. I am hoping someone will pick me up on that.

This machine is much faster than using your mixer attachment. Pretty expensive if I remember
