Does anybody know of a great pre-cooked wing ideal for pizzeria sales.I would like this to be a very tasty product.Thanks
 
sams and gfs (gordon food service)
tyson have a great product… a little pricey but very high quilty
gfs wings of fire is a little cheaper

sams club has wings for 11.63 for a 5 lb package. When I was buying LaNova they were $42.xx for 10 lbs.

Purdue has a great buffalo wing. Try the Kikin cajun wing. It’s great by itself or put Franks Red Hot or Cattlemans on it for hot or bbq.
