Class Action Settlement

Just received my documents on the class action lawsuit against visa & mc. Just an FYI if you have not received anything you can file to be included at www.PaymentCardSettlement.com or call 800.625.6440. Claims go back to 2004 upto November 28th 2012.

From what I see it has to due with the surcharge fee that was just put into place.

I’ve gotten four of them. Just law firms fishing for 25% of whatever we get. They went in the garbage, Im not sure this thing is quite settled yet. I read a lot of conflicting reports. Either way I’ve only been in business since March so this doesn’t effect me too much. Although lower rates would be a nice fallout of the whole thing.
