Right now I use a Mir-oil bucket and filter basket, but I’d like to pass this task to an employee… I’m getting to old for this $h t… 😉
 
Id say forget that thing and upgrade to a fryer with a built in filtration system.

The filter on wheels was a pain to keep somewhere in my small kitchen it would get clogged so easily. The hose was always twisting the wrong way.
 
Or you could buy a used one for 4k thats what We did after we wasted money on what you’re considering.
The operation will be simpler and you can pass the job to an employee
