where can I find art work of pizza and such, that I can blow up for posters and signage to about 2ft by 3ft WITHOUT losing its quality?

To enlarge photos (bitmaps) to that size you will need a good size image so you will likely need the XXL size…Illustrations (vector) will likely scale to that size with no problems…Good luck
