Cold rolled steel Sicilian/Grandma pans

I have been working on filling the void on 22 gauge cold rolled steel Sicilian pans since Allied Metal in Brooklyn went out of business. I have a local metal fabricator who is a fan of our pizzas making 12x12 and 12x18 sizes. This is the fist proto type and it was a home run We will be selling these unseasoned ( I seasoned this one 5 runs with vegie oil today and no sticking) to the home pizza community as well as to pizzerias around the country once I get the details worked out with him on production time and #'s. These are exact duplicates of the Allied pans.

Thanks for checking on them. We are getting ready to produce the 12"x12" pans and hopefully will have them soon.

Very exciting! Are you also planning to do 12" x 18" still?

yes and 16"x16" eventually but we will see how these go first. Thanks
