new pizzeria opening up about 1/2 mile away —he owns a bunch of stores in other towns. but sells greek pizza and i sell italian . should react before he opens or take a wait and see approach ? … should i be flooding the area with coupons , flyers ? …thanks for any help

In my opinion, don’t ever underestimate the competition. I would start a marketing campaign now targeted heavily within the mile around where they will be coming in at.
