I could use some help in writing my competitive analysis report if anyone has some experience in this and wouldn’t mind sharing thoughts and insights. We will be a Neapolitan Brick oven pizzeria (we are going for VPN status) in an area that has 2 New York style pizzerias and a Greek pizzeria. All three are full service with complete menus (pasta pizza salads).
We will be counter order and deliver it to your table. Take away available no delivery.
Offering a usual menu although no pasta dishes
We will also offer up a New Haven style pizza for those with a more American Palette.
