As we begin to write our biz plan, we’re struggling whether 2 deliver or not (remember, its a C-Store)

I believe some sort of neighborhood marketing is in order, i.e. door hanging/postcards…

What if I off, say a $5.00 coupon if they come & p/u their order? Or a decent % off, on a ticket of, say $15 or so…

anyone offer a similar discount?

Avalanche does the buy one get 2 free, but it is a carry-out only special. You could probably still get away with just doing a BOGO on all Carry-outs, or maybe a FREE 2 Liter and bread sticks with every large pizza. I would still try to do a bundle, and not a $$$ off or a percent for carry-out.

Are you still set on doing it as a different concept?
