I do if I am struggling to get the order, I ask if they are on speaker and if they could to please turn it off.Is anyone else noticing more and more customers have you on speaker phone when theyre placing an order making it more challenging to get their order correct as they fumble their way through it?

LOL! Yeah - you nailed it.i will ask them to call back for a better connection…they will always switch off the speaker and say is that better? (i wish i could say “yes dumb ass that’s better” alas this is the service industry.)
