Daily Production Logs

Hi

Looking for a Daily Production Log for my Pizzeria. Can anyone share one that they are currently using or direct meto a location to get some examples? THANK YOU!

I use the reports that I get from my POS. Most if not all point of sale systems will have a reporting system to give you details about the days sales etc. If you are not using a POS I highly reccomend getting one.

I can get a production log for any day or time frame that I designate broken out by product category and shown in table or graph form and displayed by day, week, hour, 2 hour, 1/2 hour, 15 minute or 10 minutes in about 5-6 mouse clicks. It will also show order count and labor hours on the same report.
