We carry on the menu, and deliver frequently, cheesecake slices, baklava, tiramisu and whole cinnamon pizzas. We added in the last year brownie bites, bananas foster bites and cheesecake bites. We do not have actual numbers of how many we sell of each, but it is enough for us to keep them stocked and on hand. Our food cost is around 35%, so good return on low labor expense.
