Anyone know how you pay a driver using their own car in PA?

Thanks, wasn’t sure if we had to pay by the mile + tips.
Right now we have company delivery car till it crokes.

We do $3.50 per hour, $1.50 for delivery + tips. Drivers don’t do any work in house; they average about $15-20/hr during the day and $25-30/hr at night

Right Now in Cranberry Township outside of Pittsburgh we pay drivers $8/hr plus $1 per delivery plus they keep all tips. They are required to answer phones and help cook between trips
