Only been open 5 months but delivery is never less than 60% of sales. Carryout is 30% and dine-in is 10%. We marketed carryout/delivery big time when we opened though and now are starting to market dine-in to bring it all together. Any dine-in promotions you guys did to bring people in that worked out well?
We pay our delivery drivers a flat rate of $5.00 per so I try to push take-out orders by offering pickup specials - over 30$ Free 2L before this deal we did 10% off and nobody noticed, since adding that special 2-3 years ago take outs have gone up 20%
