Try this:
16" Pizza dough crust
Put apple pie filling on top
then cover with this mix:
1 cup liquid margarine or butter
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
Mix together and spread on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

We found that pecans scorched too easily in a 500F+ oven unless covered up pretty well. We did a cinnamon pie with butter, sugar, cinnamon, cassia, and chopped pecans. Nuts scorched . . . but tasted pretty good to us for scorched pecan pizza.

Try it with vanilla custard as a base sauce.

pecans could be a post top, we take our pecans coat them in a mixture of eggs, sugar, and ancho powder, bake em in the pizza oven(stirring every 2 minutes) takes about 5 minutes to candy them properly(they go from perfect to burnt really quick, do nothing else while doing this or they will burn) while sugar is still sticky dust them with new Mexican chili powder(its a sweet chili ground up not chili powder for making chili) also dont cool in the walk in as they will become moist and soggy, and no one likes soggy nuts.
