Direct Mail to PO Boxes???

I purchased a list recently with PO boxes. I probably should have asked this first but was this a good idea?

We mail to PO boxes.
I used to get my mail in a PO box and I can assure you your competition is marketing to them.
Somebody picks up the mail, and theres a good chance tha person eats out from time to time.
