Just looking into trying to diversify and pick up some late morning / early afternoon business. Looking into possibly doing bagels. Anyone out here have a great recipe for bagels
I know my bread guy has bagels, and they sell par baked bagels you finish in your oven I hear theyre awesome. Ive seen a few programs on tv making bagels seems like alot of work with the process
