I also use the MFG trays and believe they are far superior to the plastic trays. They sometimes will not sell to the public, but the last two times I ordered them direct while at Pizza Expo. You can also order them through Northern Pizza Equipment. If you are set on saving a few dollars per tray and getting plastic ones instead of fiberglass I would reccomend ordering the doughmate trays from Madden Plastics in NJ.
