Domino's Pizza Cheese Portion

Does anybody know how many ounces of cheese Domino’s puts on a large (14") pepperoni pizza? Thanks

A popular portion for that style pizza is around 9 ounces.
I do not know Domino’s exactly, I think it would be within an ounce of that.
More interestly, I wonder what blend and kinds of cheese they use.

I worked for Domino’s several years ago and still have a friend who is a franchisee. They used to use and still do primarily Leprino QLC - the 15 lb boxes of frozen “cheese”.

Also 7oz was the cheese portion back then.

Go to their website and look at the nutrition link then do the math. Nine grams sounds very close.
