Does anyone have a dough baller and if so, whats the best in the industry. Been researching for awhile. Looking to save time and labor, but also wanting to know how tightly anyone machine rolls the dough compared to an actual human
I bought a AM Mfg. RoundOMatic almost 20yrs ago and it is still going strong. I do not think there is a machine that will roll as tight as human hands but it works good enough for me. Unless you have a high hydration dough it is a no brainer. I am looking for a dough divider when I go to AC on Monday
We got a somerset dough rounder early this year. One of the best things we’ve done. As someone commented when I asked the same question, they are rolled consistently okay, but I’d say they are much tighter than expected when reading that comment.
