Does anyone have a good and varied dough formula resource for various styles of dough and breads? I mean besides emailing Tom every time I need a formula. I am looking for an online source for lots of formulas for rolls, pizza dough, breads, etc. If there isn’t one online, a good and affordable book or printed source will certainly do.
I like the ones in the PMQ recipe list . . . just want more others to work with and share with some local pizza dudes.
