i am thinking to buy a globe mixer has any one had any experience with this brand

Since you asked about Globe and not what we would recommend. My only experience with Globe made me decide to buy something different. The main issue was the lack of speed control. The mixer I went with has electronically adjusted, on the fly speed control. The Globe mixer I used did not.

At the risk of hijacking the thread , I’m interested in recommendations. I’ve been seeing Hobart pop up whenever I research as a much recommended company.

When I 1st started, my 1st mixer was an Italian job…Impasti was the brand (no longer imported)

It was a spiral mixer…did a great job on dough, but was a bear to clean and no ability to shred cheese…
