employee schedule program

Hi I was wondering if there was a certant program any of you use. I currently just make the schedule in excel and it seems to work ok but im just curious to see how any actually scheduling programs work. thanks!

I currently use Point of success POS software with the scheduling software module as well and it works very well. Give it a look at pointofsuccess.com

Point of Success has a great schedule program along with a time clock.
I used Excel for a while but the changes and exceptions for the different staff drove me nuts.
