Have you had any problems with supply, quality? What is the most popular sauce? How does the profit margin compare with pizza? Do you buy pre-cooked or prepare yourself? Do customers come in just to buy your wings or is it usually wings come with pizza? With wings on your menu, how has your traffic increased? What advice would you give someone considering adding wings?
